Does consuming acidophilus cause you gas? Well, I’ve got the answer and also the right solution for you in this post.
It’s true, by using the advice in this post, you are not only going to decrease your gas symptoms, but you will also decrease constipation and bloating very dramatically, especially if you are taking acidophilus on a daily basis, however, by ignoring my advice, you will increase your symptoms and soon, you will find that you are suffering from chronic constipation, and even worse, you will have very dry stools which are very difficult to pass and which will cause you hemorrhoids and other problems as well!
