Well, it’s no big deal, however, you should understand that to heal this problem and to get rid of it once and for all, you need to change your diet for the better.

Here are the foods you need to avoid in order to have a fantastically healthy gastrointestinal system:
Meat, dairy, eggs, poultry, pork, and fish.
You should also avoid sweets, processed foods, juices, and most importantly, supplements!
Yes, you should avoid supplements as well, be it probiotics or just your average everyday vitamin supplements!
The only supplement you are required to take every week is vitamin B12, at least 2500 micrograms, it’s a must, and this is not only for you, but for everyone!
You need to understand that most people are deficient in this essential vitamin, and it’s causing their immune system to become extremely weak, which in turn is going to cause intestinal candida to become much more acute!
And now, here is the diet you need to follow on a daily basis in order to get rid of your intestinal candida:
I want you to consume as much whole wheat bread, whole grain products, and beans and vegetables as you wish, you can also eat a lot of fruits, in fact, eat as many fruits as you want, they are very helpful as well.
But most importantly, you need to always remember this: garlic is your friend, it’s one of the best foods you need to consume on a daily basis to get rid of your intestinal candida because it contains many powerful antifungal properties and compounds, and here is how to use it.
