Are green apples good for candida?
The answer is absolutely yes, they are amazing, and they taste fantastic, however, why are you focusing on green apples?
I have read in so many forum posts and articles about green apples and the fact that they are so “beneficial” to treating candida, however, what about red apples? What about yellow apples? And what about other fruits and vegetables?
The truth is that all vegetables and fruits are fantastic for treating candida, no matter how much sugar they contain!
I know that I’m going to be labeled as the devil for saying this, but this is the absolute truth, I have been consuming lots of vegetables, lots of fruits, and most importantly, lots of sweet and very delicious fruits for the last three years, and I have experienced not one single candida symptom!
In fact, I have been candida free for three years now, no symptoms, no issues, no loss of energy, and most importantly, no smell!
The amazing thing about eating vegetables and fruits is that they are filled with fiber, protected phytonutrients, and most importantly, lots of antioxidants.
They are going to increase your immune response, increase your bowel movements, and most importantly, they are going to provide your good gut flora and bacteria with the essential nutrients they need to thrive and push candida colonies into extinction.
The most important thing to always have in mind is that you need to eat lots of foods which contain huge amounts of fiber, if you are relying on processed foods and you still hope to get rid of candida, then, you are simply wrong and this will never work for you!
I’m just trying to tell you the truth here, I’m not trying to sell you supplements or “vitamins” for getting rid of candida, I’m just telling you about the things that will work for you, and if you keep on indulging yourself and eating junk food all the time, then, you are going to have candida for the rest of your life!
This was my situation three years ago, I was consuming huge amounts of junk food on a daily basis, lots of processed carbohydrates, lots of fatty foods, lots of fried foods, and I felt horrible all the time, in fact, I was depressed and feeling ill all the time, I had very low energy and I felt like dying every single morning!
All this changed when I started taking good care of my diet and when I focused on quality instead of quantity when it comes to my caloric intake, and that’s what I want you to do.
Please, if you have a question concerning green apples and candida, don’t hesitate to post it in the section below, I will be very glad to help you, and if you need information about what foods to consume to get rid of candida, I have already posted many articles in this website dealing with this subject, just look for candida diet in the search form above.
