In this post, I’m going to talk about avocados and candida, and the reason why you need to avoid consuming them!
Yes, you’ve read correct; you need to stay away from avocados as much as possible, especially when you have terrible candida symptoms!
I’m sorry to say this, but most people advising you to consume avocados regularly are simply dead wrong!
Avocados are bad for you, if consumed on a daily basis, because they contain huge amounts of fat.
I know that I’m going to make a lot of enemies for saying this, but it’s the truth, avocados are a huge source of calories on a daily basis, and consuming them all the time is just unnatural.
For example, if you go to countries where avocados grow naturally, you will notice one thing particular about them, they spoiled very quickly!
In other words, they are not meant to be consumed all year long! Yes, you can have them once or twice a year, but consuming avocados every day all year long is just wrong in terms of caloric intake.
And when it comes to candida, they can be even worse.
Many researches have proven that candida funguses rely on an abundant amount of fats in order to thrive and to increase in number! Well, by consuming avocados on a daily basis, you are simply going to increase your candida symptoms.
So, what to do about this?
It’s very simple, avoid eating avocados as much as possible, and to tell you the truth, if you eat them once or twice a month, there is nothing to worry about, but what I really hate is consuming them on a daily basis, they are extremely rich. For example, one avocado fruit is going to contain more than thirty grams of fats and six grams of saturated fats!
This is just to give you a small example and to tell you the truth, most people are going to consume lots of avocados on a daily basis, in tacos, in guacamole, and even on salads, they think that because avocados grows on trees, they are healthy!
Well, they are healthy, but only once or twice a year, not daily!
