I keep reading this question all over forums and articles: can you cure candida with fruits? Well, I have to be completely honest with you, many people believe that fruits are very powerful, and that they are extremely nutritious, it’s true, but when it comes to candida, they won’t help you a lot, indeed, they may even make things worse for you!

Please, go ahead and try this powerful yeast and candida pill! It's the one I have used in the past, extremely powerful! Click here now!

Candida thrives on sugars, simple ones, and the problem with fruits is that they do not contain huge amounts of starch, even worse; fruits are going to starve your good bacteria, the ones present in your gut flora!

And this is where things get terrible, because these good bacteria are responsible for protecting your intestines and most importantly, colonize your colon, they are responsible for limiting the spread and multiplication of bacteria and parasites, such as candida albicans.

When you only consume fruits, this latter is going to find the opportunity to spread to other areas of your body and cause havoc.

The bad thing about fruit is that most people believe that they are beneficial, which is true, they are fantastic, however, we are not designed to eat them solely, in fact, humans are starch eaters, we are designed to eat bread, rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, quinoa, and other starchy foods and vegetables!

And this is what feeds our gut flora and produces the most energy and satisfaction for us, in other words, this is what feeds our gut flora, and unless you do this, fruits are never going to help you.

As mentioned before, fruits contain lots of simple sugars, they are essential to our health, and they bring lots of vitamins and minerals, but the truth is that they are not nutritious, in other words, no matter how many fruits you eat on a daily basis, you will never feel 100 percent satisfied and full!

However, if you just eat 250 grams of starchy foods, rice for example, you will feel completely full and very happy for a very long time.

However, don’t read this and think that starch are the solution, I’m not talking about processed ones, I’m talking about whole ones, that contains huge amounts of fiber, these are the ones that you should focus on, not fruits.

So, should you avoid fruit completely on a candida diet?

Absolutely not, who said this?!

I want you to consume fruits, as many as you want, but on the other hand, I want you to consume huge amounts of whole wheat bread, whole grain products, rice, beans, vegetables, and most importantly, lots of water.

In fact, you need to avoid as much processed foods as possible, fruits are great because they keep you feeling happy, and they are also wonderful snacks, but they are not going to starve candida albicans, in fact, they will feed it, however, starches will, and even better, starchy foods are going to feed the good bacteria in your gut flora, and these latter are the ones responsible for chasing away candida from your system.

You have to give this parasites cleanse a try, it will destroy candida and yeast colonies in only a few days! Click here now!
