What’s the best breakfast cereal to consume when you are following a candida diet? Well, this is what I’m going to show you in this post.
There are many amazing breakfast cereals you can consume if you are following a candida diet, but from my own opinion, and my experience, the best is simply oatmeal.
I know that this is going to sound strange and somehow too easy to be true, but oatmeal is going to get rid of your candida!
Let me explain to you why in a moment:
You need to understand that oatmeal contain huge amounts of fiber, it’s rich in antioxidants, and most importantly, it contains unprocessed carbohydrates, the ones that are going to nourish your good gut bacteria and which is also going to increase your overall health by increasing your immune response and reducing your cholesterol and high blood pressure tremendously.
The reason why I tell you in this post that oatmeal is the best breakfast cereal to eat when you are following a candida diet is because I have tried it myself.
Three years ago, I used to suffer from terrible candida issues, I had terrible health, and I felt just horrible because of the symptoms I was going through every single day, in fact, I smelled bad and my skin was full of inflammations and pimples!
Especially in my genital area!
Needless to tell you that I felt very self-conscious and awful about my health as well, all this stopped when I started taking good care of my health, and most importantly, when I started shifting my diet from consuming processed foods to consume foods which are natural and whole.
And this is the reason why I highly recommend that you avoid processed breakfast cereals as much as possible, they contain added sugars, added “nutrients and vitamins” and even worse, they contain lots of flavor additives and preservatives, which are terrible for your overall health as they are going to increase oxidative load on your body.
On the other hand, you should focus on foods which are unprocessed, like oatmeal and barley, these cereals are very rich, they contain low amounts of gluten, if you are intolerant to this protein, and most importantly, when you add to them blue berries or black berries, they are going to overload your body with essential antioxidants and phytonutrients which are going to fight off candida in a matter of days.
