One of my favorite soups to have is a potato soup, it’s not only very delicious, but it’s also extremely healing for your overall health.

Take three large potatoes, diced, and put on a large pot with one liter of water, then, add to them five peeled garlic cloves, one teaspoon of turmeric, one teaspoon of black pepper, and one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
On low heat, wait until the potatoes become tender, and then, use an immersion blender.
And the third one is carrots soup.
Although I tend to hate carrots soup, my sister loves it, and she has use it in order to get rid of her candida issues, and here is what I want you to do:
Take five large carrots, peel them, and then dice, add also five peeled garlic cloves, peel them and put in a large cooking pot, add to them one teaspoon of thyme, oregano, sage and turmeric, cover with water and cook for at least twenty-five minutes, or when the carrots have become very tender.
