In this post, I’m going to share with you three essential stages of a good candida diet, in other words, by respecting these stages, you are not only going to get rid of candida once and for all, but you will notice amazing improvements in your energy levels, vitality, and most importantly, you will lower your cholesterol and high blood pressure very quickly.
I have followed these essential candida diet stages in the past and they have helped me tremendously deal with my fungal problems, and to tell you the truth, I always advise people to do the same, however, most are not fully convinced, this is the reason why I always ask them to just give them a try, for seven consecutive days, trust me, if you do, you will notice amazing improvements.
So, without further ado, here are the most important candida diet stages:
The first stage
In this stage, you focus on cutting down on foods which cause candida!
I’m sure that this idea is going to sound strange to most of you, but candida is caused by your diet.
People living in third world countries, who consume lots of healthy foods that are rich in fiber and phytonutrients, do not get candida!
I’ve lived in Morocco for more than three years now and women here don’t seem to have problems with candida, except the rich ones.
And this is no coincidence, poor third world country people have this natural “protection” because they are eating healthy foods all the time, in fact, they are poor, and they rely on vegetables and fruits for their nutrition, they don’t have the means to go to fast foods, and they can’t afford dairy products every day, and this works with them, it’s amazing how they look and for the most part, they have absolutely no troubles with their digestive system.
So, the aim of the first days of your candida diet is to cut down on the following foods: dairy, meat, poultry, pork, fish, cheese, processed foods in general, soft drinks, alcohol, candy, pastry, fried foods, and most importantly, vegetable oils, olive oil included.
The second stage
In this stage, you focus on eating foods which are known to decrease candida symptoms, and if you are just starting, it’s in this stage that you will notice huge improvements and that’s where you are going to get rid of most of your candida symptoms.
So, focus on eating the following foods on a daily basis:
Beans, lentils, dark green leafy vegetables, whole grain products, potatoes, sweet potatoes, lots of fruits, and lots of vegetables.
These foods are not only going to get rid of your candida, but they are also going to lower your cardiovascular problems and weight issues very quickly.
And now, the third stage
This stage consists of consuming foods which are targeted at candida, in other words, these foods are going to destroy your candida once and for all and get rid of it.
So, every day, I want you to do the following:
Take three garlic cloves, peel and mince them, when you are done, simply swallow with lots of water.
You should do this preferably at night, before going to bed.
Garlic is amazing when it comes to candida because it contains lots of sulfur compounds that are going to wipe out fungal colonies in your intestines, soon, with the help of fiber present in foods in stage II, you will have no issues with candida at all.
If you can’t consume garlic, well, you should try cayenne pepper, you should do this:
At lunch, after eating, take one medium cayenne pepper, raw, mince it, and then swallow with lots of water, be careful, it may burn your mouth.
