Although I have talked about the subject of what not to eat when you have candida in many of my previous posts, today, I’m going to give it huge attention; in fact, I’m going to discuss it in more details.
In many of my previous posts, I told my readers food groups to avoid when they are suffering from candida, but today, I’m going to give you a list of foods that you have to avoid as much as possible when you have this terrible fungal problem, they are not only very dangerous when it comes to this disease, but they are also going to increase your risk of developing diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and even increase your chances of living a miserable life tremendously!
I’m extremely serious when I tell you that these foods are bad for you, and in fact, you should only enjoy them on occasions, never daily.
So, let’s start, here are the foods to avoid eating when you have candida:
Dairy, meat, processed foods, olive oil, vegetable oil, butter, cheese, snacks, fried foods, soft drinks, fish, poultry, eggs, pork, whites bread, white pasta, and soy foods and fake meats.
These foods should be avoided as much as possible when it comes to your nutrition, not only are they going to increase your candida symptoms, but they are also extremely pro-inflammatory, in other words, they are going to increase your inflammations tremendously while also lowering your immune function, in other words, you won’t be able to get rid of candida quickly!
The best thing you need to understand here when it comes to healing candida is that your immune system is the one responsible for this, not the supplements you take or some herbs you use!
This is the only thing I need you to understand, if you eat foods that are going to increase your immune function while also helping you have regular bowel movements, you will get rid of candida very quickly, however, if you ignore this advice, you will only suffer terrible consequences not only when it comes to this fungal problem, but also when it comes to your overall health.
I’m sure that the foods I have shown you is very difficult to avoid, but it’s very important that you respect this, in fact, the most important thing you need to do right now is to avoid animal foods as much as possible, you should also avoid processed foods altogether, and by this, I mean soft drinks, alcohol, and other snacks and sweets, they have to be avoided as much as possible, from now on, try to prepare food in your home, and if it’s whole plants, then, it should be great, however, if it has been processed, or even “enriched”, then, you have to stay away from it because it’s simply a waste of time and is just going to increase your constipation which is going to cause you more candida in the future.
