Today, I’m going to talk about a very important subject, cashews and candida, whether you need to eat these nuts when you have this fungal problem or not.
Well, it’s very easy to understand, nuts and seeds are very healthy for our health, they provide us with essential minerals, essential fatty acids, and most importantly, a good amount of starches to feed our body, but the problem I see with people nowadays is that they tend to consume nuts and seeds on a daily basis, in fact, they even consume huge amounts.
For example, some people are going to consume half a cup of almonds or walnuts on a daily basis, this is just foolish and unnatural!
The only foods you are supposed to consume in abundance on a daily basis are vegetables, some fruits, and lots of starches!
You need to think about our great grandparents, they had all kinds of vegetables all year long, and they relied on wheat, barley, and other grains to feed themselves throughout the whole year.
Now, what about cashews and candida? Does consuming cashews increase candida?
If you consume cashews on a daily basis, it’s going to increase candida symptoms, however, if you eat it only once in a while, maybe once or twice a year, then, there is nothing to worry about, but cashews are not meant to be consumed on a daily basis, after all, in nature, they are very difficult to get and will require a lot of efforts to process.
I know that what I’m telling you here is going to sound disappointing to most of you, but from my experience, consuming nuts and seeds on a daily basis is not healthy and if you are suffering from candida it may even increase symptoms as candida funguses rely on fats in order to thrive and increase in number.
Remember this: rely on whole grain products, rely on lots of vegetables and fruits to fight of candida, it’s the most important strategy to get rid of this fungal problem, and I have tried it myself, it works, stop thinking in terms of individual foods and start thinking in terms of complementarity, you need to have a diverse diet, you need to eat a lot of plant foods on a daily basis, you can have some nuts and seeds every day, but only in small amounts, what you can eat daily are grains, vegetables, and fruits, and nothing more.
