Do you suffer from burns when using yeast infection medicine? If it’s the case, then, let me show you what you need to do in the first place.
The most important thing you need to understand is that I don’t recommend using medicine when it comes to common yeast infection!
I’m sure that this is going to sound terrible and somehow very “irresponsible”, but it’s the truth, I have used medicine for a very long time when it came to my yeast infection problems, and trust me, they didn’t help a lot, that’s why I resorted to using only natural ingredients in order to decrease my yeast infection problems and to get rid of my candida once and for all.
The problem I have with yeast infection medicine is that they tend to be very powerful, in fact, most people who use yeast infection medicine, under the recommendation of their doctors, would like to have quick results, which is not very practical, it’s because yeast colonies are already in your system, and if you want to get rid of them, you will need to use the big guns, antibiotics and lots of creams that tend to be very powerful and aggressive on your skin!
In other words, they will cause hurt, inflammations, and a burning sensation all day long!
This is the reason why I don’t recommend using yeast infection medicine in the first place, and I only recommend using herbal preparations.
Trust me, by improving your diet and eating foods that are known to be very efficient against yeast infection; you will get rid of your fungal problems very quickly and efficiently as well.
So, the first thing I’m going to recommend you do is to improve your diet tremendously:
Every day, I want you to avoid eating processed foods as much as possible, avoid eating dairy, juices, cheese, fish, meat, poultry, eggs, and even white bread and pastry.
I only want you to eat whole plant foods, whole wheat products and bread, brown rice, lots of beans, lots of lentils, and most importantly, as many fruits and vegetables as you want.
Now, here is the catch, I also want you to supplement with vitamin B12, it’s very important for your immune system and it’s going to increase your immune response very quickly as well.
Every week, I want you to take one vitamin B12 pill, 2500 micrograms.
Now, here is the next thing I want you to do: I want you to consume lots of cayenne pepper and lots of allium family vegetables, especially garlic.
Both cayenne pepper and garlic tend to be extremely powerful when it comes to yeast infection, it’s true, they will cause a burning sensation at first in your stomach and in your digestive tract, but soon, you will notice huge improvements.
Here is what you can do:
Every day, mince one medium cayenne pepper, then, swallow with lots of water, be careful not to burn your tongue, then, you need to mince three garlic cloves, preferably after having a large meal, and swallow as well with lots of water, this is extremely healing and beneficial for your body and most importantly for getting rid of yeast infection.
