Unlike most people who are going to advise you to avoid carbohydrates, I do not, and I really think that the key solution to solving your thrush condition is to overload on carbohydrates!

Don’t worry, I’ll explain this later on, but for now, let me show you the most important foods you need to avoid with thrush.

The first one is dairy.

This is probably the most important food you need to stay away from when you have thrush, it’s because it’s loaded with bacteria and even worse, with funguses!

You may not know this, but most dairy products, including cheese and yogurt, are extremely rich in funguses, most importantly, they contain very good amount of protein, simple sugars, and even worse, lots of bacteria which are going to increase fermentation in your colon and will also increase constipation and bloating tremendously, which in turn is going to result in an increase in fungal colonies which are also going to increase yours thrush symptoms a lot.

Yes, you have to stay away from dairy for at least twenty consecutive days, it’s one of the easiest ways to stop thrush from happening to you, and even better, to beat it.

The second one is meat.

Both meat and dairy are going to contribute to constipation, even worse, they are loaded with toxins and growth hormones, these are also going to contribute to an increase in negative bacteria in your gut flora, in other words, you are going to increase bad bacteria in your intestines, which is also going to contribute to an increase in thrush tremendously.

And here, I’m talking about meat, chicken, poultry in general, and pork.

The third one is fish and chicken.

Fish should be excluded from your diet as well, you need to stay away from chicken and seafood as much as possible because they are loaded with cholesterol, even worse, they also contain lots of bacteria and funguses that can be very dangerous when it comes to your fungal issues.

Eggs

As with meat, eggs are also loaded with growth hormones, they are used by farmers in order to increase yield, however, when they reach your gut flora, they are going to increase bad bacteria and even worse, funguses, which are going to result in thrush.

And the fourth one is processed foods in general.

If a food is highly processed, as with white bread, soft drinks, and even industrially made baked goods, it’s going to cause thrush and even increase fungus symptoms!

It’s because these foods are going to contribute to constipation tremendously, which is very damaging and will also increase your fungal colonies extremely, so, just avoid these foods as much as possible.
