In this post, I’m going to share with you three amazing gluten-free candida diet recipes, they are fantastic, healthy, and most importantly, they are very filling as well.

Please, go ahead and try this powerful yeast and candida pill! It's the one I have used in the past, extremely powerful! Click here now!

Why should you follow a gluten-free candida diet?

Simply because it’s one of the healthiest things you can do, it’s going to reduce your allergies, increase your energy levels, and most importantly, it’s going to get rid of candida once and for all from your body and your intestines as well.

The most important thing you need to understand in this post is that these gluten-free candida diet recipes are tested, I have tried them myself, they are very filling, healthy, and most importantly, they are going to increase your immune function very quickly, which is amazing if you would like to get rid of candida once and for all.

So, let’s start, let me share with you the best gluten-free candida diet recipes you can prepare in the comfort of your home:

The first one is garlic potato.

In all of my recipes, you are going to find me talking about garlic and onions, it’s because these vegetables are fantastic when it comes to natural candida antibiotics, they contain huge amounts of these fantastic chemical compounds which are going to limit your candida symptoms and which are also going to get rid of high blood pressure and high cholesterol levels as well.

I don't recommend many cleanses, but this is the one I have used, it's very efficient! Click here now to try it!

So, take three large potatoes, dice them, and microwave them for five minutes, then simply, take three garlic cloves, peel and crush them, and process them with one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and one tablespoon of coriander in a powerful blender until you get a creamy consistency.

When you are done, mix everything and add salt to taste, this recipe can be a little pungent as it contains huge amounts of garlic, and if you don’t like its smell, you can reduce the amount of garlic a little, or you can just add more potatoes if you’d like to.

The amazing thing about this recipe is that you can consume as much as you want, it won’t make you fat as it doesn’t contain added fats.

The second recipe is a candida soup.

I have already shared this recipe in many of my previous posts, but trust me, it tastes amazing, and it’s also gluten-free.

So, take five large potatoes, peel them, and boil them for twenty-five minutes, add to them three large peeled carrots, one large onion, and ten garlic cloves, peeled, and minced.

Salt and spices, don’t forget herbs, especially rosemary and thyme, then, blend everything using an immersion blender.

  • And the third gluten-free candida diet recipe is lentil dal.

You can find an amazing recipe in this article: https://www.drmcdougall.com/misc/2011nl/feb/recipes.htm

It’s by far one of my favorite recipes, it’s nutritious, very filling, and most importantly, it will help get rid of candida in a matter of days.
