If you have candida in your gut, well, I’ve got the right solution in order to get rid of it once and for all, it’s very easy and most importantly, it doesn’t require a lot of energy and dedication from you, you just need to change your diet for the better, trust me, it’s easier than it sounds, and it’s going to give you fantastic results very quickly.

Simply, you need to overload your body with fibers, and here, I’m not talking about consuming fibers from supplements, no, they are just problematic, and are going to cause you lots of stomach reflexes and gas as well, however, what I’m going to recommend is very simple, I want you to consume lots of whole grains, vegetables, fruits, and most importantly, lots of flaxseeds.

Every day, I consume huge amounts of whole grain products, from pasta, to breads, to even popcorn and other fancy foods that most people associate with a terrible health, with the only exception is that I reduce my fat consumption to the maximum, in fact I do not consume fat, and I only focus on quality nutrients, if I’m going to consume fat, they have to come from food, in other words, they have to be contained in whole foods, they should never be separated/processed.
Now, here are two amazing vegetables you need to consume on a daily basis if you’d like to get rid of candida from your gut:
The first one is cayenne peppers.
Every day, I want you to take one medium cayenne pepper, raw, and slice into tiny pieces, then, I want you to swallow with lots of water, you should definitely do this on a full stomach, never do it on an empty stomach as cayenne peppers are known to cause stomach reflexes and even diarrhea, it’s because they are loaded with powerful organic compounds which are going to get rid of candida from your gut.
The second one is garlic.
In many of my previous posts, I told my readers about the powers of garlic when it comes to getting rid of candida, and indeed, it’s this same vegetable that has helped me get rid of my candida symptoms as well, so, every day, I want you to take three garlic cloves, slice and mince them, when you are done, simply swallow with lots of water.
