And here, I’m also talking about olive oil and other fatty foods as well!

I know that a lot of people are going to tell you that olives are just fine when you are following a candida diet as they are very low in carbohydrates, but to tell you the truth, they are loaded with fats, and even worse, they are highly processed, using terrible techniques, such as brine and lots of salty materials and preservatives, which can be really dangerous for your overall health.

I know that what I’m saying here is going to upset many people, but I do not recommend consuming olives when you are following a candida diet, it’s because they are high in calories and salt, most importantly, they are low in phytonutrients which are going to fight off candida, like the ones found in garlic, whole wheat bread and whole grain products.

Indeed, throughout this website, I have advised many people to consume lots of whole wheat bread and whole wheat products; they are fantastic when it comes to getting rid of candida and to also reduce inflammations in your body and high cholesterol and high blood pressure levels.

By using this yeast and candida cleanse for just a few days! You will notice fantastic results quickly! Click here now!

So, why are olives to be avoided in a candida diet?

Simply because they are processed badly, in other words, many manufacturers are going to use lots of preservatives, salt, and chemicals in order to preserve texture and freshness for a very long time, which is just terrible!

In reality, olives, when they are processed naturally, using vinegar and thyme, taste amazing and they are also extremely beneficial for fighting off candida, but when they are processed badly, they are going to cause lots of troubles and increase blood pressure tremendously.

This has happened to me in the past, I was addicted to black olives in the morning, I would always eat them, it’s because we live in a Mediterranean country where there are lots of kinds of olives and olive tradition, especially at breakfast.

Soon, I found that I had terrible high blood pressure, I felt dizzy and had lots of headaches all day long, well, after stopping this bad habit, my troubles simply vanished and I was able to recover my health again and feel amazing.

I don’t want you to consume olives, especially when you are following a candida diet.
