Can you consume oranges when you have candida? Are oranges good for candida? Well, the answer is absolutely yes, oranges are fantastic, they are great sources of different vitamins, and most importantly, they are very rich in fiber.
In this post, I’m going to reveal to you a very “weird” technique in order to get amazing benefits from oranges, most importantly, I’m going to show you why consuming oranges is very beneficial for getting rid of candida.
It’s very simple to understand, oranges are a great source of minerals, phytonutrients, and most importantly, they contain good amounts of fiber, so, if you would like to get rid of candida, stop thinking in terms of sugar, and start thinking in terms of phytonutrients.
I feel really sorry when I read forum comments and posts about certain foods, and I feel very sad when I read people’s comments about certain healthy food and labeling them as being bad for candida since they contain lots of sugars!
Well, you shouldn’t think this way, in general, all vegetables and fruits are amazing for your health, and are especially good if you are suffering from candida because these foods are going to increase your immune response, they are going to increase your immune function which is going to get rid of candida colonies in your body.
Most importantly, these foods contain huge amounts of antioxidants which will keep your body working healthily and away from dangerous diseases.
The bad thing about candida isn’t sugar, it’s consuming processed foods.
Three years ago, when I had terrible candida, I relied on processed foods, lots of them on a daily basis, and this made me very weak, very vulnerable to diseases, and even worse, I had terrible health, well, after changing my diet to consuming lots of vegetables, fruits, whole grain products, whole wheat bread and brown rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes etc. My energy levels skyrocketed and I felt amazing again.
You should do the same, you should avoid foods that are highly processed and only consume foods that are minimally processed, oranges are great because they will provide your body with lots of fiber, minerals, complex carbohydrates, and most importantly, lots of pleasure.
When you are on a candida diet, you will feel horrible because you want to be able to eat a lot of food, you will have many restrictions, and enjoying fruits, as much as you want is in itself a pleasure and will also bring a lot of benefits.
So, go ahead, and eat as many oranges as you want, they will not increase your candida symptoms, and in fact, if you take good care of your diet, as I have mentioned in many of my previous posts, you will have fantastic results when it comes your candida.
