The promise of this post is very simple, I’m going to provide you with a very simple yeast cleanse diet plan, it’s very efficient and most importantly, it’s extremely affordable.
In this post, if you follow my advice, you will get rid of your yeast problems and infections very quickly and efficiently as well, however, if you ignore them, you will spend a lot of time and money buying supplements and probiotics to only find yourself still having the same problems months after going through this decision!
This is the reason why I don’t recommend taking supplements or using probiotics when you have yeast infection, that’s why I have devised a very simple diet plan for you to use, it’s very cheap, convenient, and most importantly, it’s very fast in terms of results.
So, let’s start.
The first thing I’m going to recommend to you is that you stick to this yeast cleanse diet plan for at least twenty consecutive days.
The problem I notice with most people is that they give up too soon!
This was also my problem in the past, whenever I started a diet plan, especially when it came to my yeast problems, I would just stick to it two or three days, then, I would go back to my old habits!
Needless to tell you that this is very destructive for your self-esteem and also for any positive results that will happen!
The truth is that I want you to stick to this very simple yeast cleanse diet plan for at least twenty days, it’s more than enough to get rid of these problems once and for all.
And now, here is my very simple diet plan:
The first thing is: I want you to get rid of animal foods from your diet, in other words, don’t eat meat, dairy, eggs, poultry, fish, pork, and anything in between!
I also don’t want you to consume processed foods; this means that you should avoid soft drinks, alcohol, white bread, white pasta, and even supplements!
Now, what do you have left to eat?
Well, you have a lot of things you can eat, most importantly, you need to consume lots of whole wheat bread, potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, vegetables, quinoa, brown rice, fruits, and most importantly as much vegetables as you wish for.
This is probably the most important step you need to take: to reduce animal fats and animal foods as much as possible.
The next step is to avoid oils in general.
No more olive oil, no more sunflower or safflower oil, avoid these as much as possible, in fact, avoid fried foods all the time.
I know, it’s a very restrictive diet plan, but it works, and it will get rid of your yeast infection very quickly and easily as well.
Remember, only twenty days!
And now, here is the most important step:
Every day, I want you to prepare the following beverage:
Take a powerful blender, add to it a quarter of a teaspoon of ground dried ginger, and three peeled garlic cloves, then, add half a cup of warm water and blend everything.
Trust me, this is very powerful and will get rid of your yeast problems very efficiently.
