How about using and drinking tea on a candida diet? Should you avoid this? Should you drink it? Well, this is what you are going to find out in this post.
Today, I’m going to talk about a very important subject, using tea on a candida diet, whether it’s good or bad.
Well, what do you think?
Of course, it’s amazing, it’s going to get rid of your candida issues tremendously and most importantly, it’s going to improve your digestion, your mood, and even increase your immune function, which is the primary mechanism your body uses to get rid of candida!
However, the mistake most people are going to make is the following: they are going to add sweeteners!
I’ve mentioned this in many of my previous posts, sweeteners are the devil when it comes to your candida issues and symptoms, they are simply going to contain huge amounts of simple sugars, these are going to feed your candida fungi, even worse, they are going to increase inflammations, which is going to keep your immune system busy elsewhere, instead of getting rid of candida, in other words, you will feel very weak.
Yes, you can already noticed this, just pay attention, when you consume sweets, you will feel a rush of energy, soon, you will feel very tired and only want to sleep and to shut down!
This is what I’m talking about when you consume sugars, it’s just bad, and it’s going to cancel tea’s amazing effects.
So, what kind of tea should you have on a candida diet?
The best one is simply green tea, of course, there is white tea, but it’s very expensive in my opinion, so, just stick to green tea, it’s the best, and it’s also the most affordable in terms of nutrients, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory compounds, even better than black tea in my opinion.
Please, if you have a question concerning using tea on a candida diet, don’t hesitate to post it in the section below, I will be extremely happy to help you.
