In this post, I’m going to share with you the best herbal remedies to use for thrush, they are extremely efficient, but most importantly, they are very affordable and will give you fantastic results in a very short time.
The amazing thing about these remedies is that they are going to clear your thrush once and for all, however, to achieve this, you need to take very good care of your diet, and most importantly, you need to use one of my most favorite advice I keep repeating in this website over and over again: eat fiber rich foods.
In other words, the more bowel movements you have on a daily basis, and by bowel movements, I mean massive ones, the better for your thrush and your whole body as well.
You need to understand that our body uses bowel movements in order to get rid of toxins and to flush away dangerous chemicals and compounds we have accumulated throughout the previous days!
When you are constipated, and even worse, when you are constipated for days and even weeks, yes, this can happen, because going to the bathroom and spending half an hour on a small amount isn’t called healthy bowel movements, you will accumulate lots of funguses in your colon and gastric system as well, in other words, these funguses are going to attack you and harm you more!
So, read my previous posts, and try to take notes if you haven’t yet, they will show you exactly what to do in order to follow a fantastic diet to get rid of your thrush and fungal issues once and for all.
And now, let me show you the best herbal remedies for thrush:
The first one is garlic, of course.
As mentioned in many of my previous posts, the most amazing thrush benefits and help is going to come when you change your diet for the better, and here, I’m talking about eating high fiber foods, whole grain products, whole wheat bread, lots of vegetables, and most importantly, lots of starches.
However, there is also another very important thing you need to focus on: you need to eat lots of garlic.
Garlic contains many very powerful antifungal properties; these are the ones responsible for you reducing thrush symptoms in a matter of just three days when you follow a good diet.
So, here is how to use garlic the right way for your thrush:
Simply peel three large garlic cloves, mince them, and then just swallow with lots of water.
It’s very easy.
The second one is cayenne pepper.
Cayenne pepper is also one of my favorite herbal remedies for thrush, I keep mentioning it a lot in this website because it works and it will give you fantastic results, especially, as mentioned previously, if you are following a very good healthy diet that’s rich in fiber.
Again, cayenne pepper also contains many powerful antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, but most importantly, it contains the most essential antifungal properties we are looking for here to get rid of your thrush, and here is how to use it:
Simply mince one medium cayenne pepper a day, and swallow with lots of water, be careful not to burn your mouth.
Can you use both garlic and cayenne pepper?
Yes of course, you should not take them both at once, by six hours for example, it’s for your own sake as these foods tend to cause lots of stomach reflexes, however, if you take them on a full stomach, then, you have nothing to worry about.
And the third one is ground flaxseeds.
I keep repeating in this website how fibers are extremely important for our health, especially if you are suffering from fungal or thrush issues, this is the reason why you need to consume flaxseeds as well.
Every day, I want you to consume a minimum of two tablespoons, ground.
This is very important since it contains essential fatty acids that are good for your overall health, and most importantly, it also has lots of fiber.
Please, if you have a question concerning these herbal remedies for thrush, don’t hesitate to post it in the section below, I will be extremely happy to help you.
