Should you use acidophilus when you are suffering from diarrhea? Well, my advice is no!
I know that this is going to shock most of you, but it’s the truth, I highly recommend that you avoid using acidophilus when you are suffering from diarrhea, and in fact, you should use a very cheap and healthy technique I’m going to share with you later on in this post, it’s not only very affordable, but it’s also one of the healthiest ways to increase your healthy gut flora while also maintaining optimal health and energy levels all day long as well.
Why should you avoid using acidophilus when you are suffering from diarrhea!?
Simply because it’s not well studied!
It’s true, there are some scattered scientific data and studies all over the internet which deal with acidophilus’ effect on your gut flora, however, most of them are not really conclusive, and in fact, most have only been done in vitro, in other words, they need more human trials.
They are full of theory, and a lot of food giants are trying to manipulate them.
You need to understand that there is good money to be made with probiotics, and I highly think that we are meant to make our own probiotics, in other words, your own gut flora is responsible for increasing its number, and this can only be done when you provide it with the right foods, I’m going to talk about this later on in this post.
Well, the reality is that there aren’t good probiotics you can take, what you can do is to simply take foods that are going to nourish your natural probiotic and helper bacteria, and make them beneficial and healthy when it comes to your gut flora.
And this is what I’m going to advise you to do: I don’t want you to use acidophilus when you are suffering from diarrhea, in fact, whenever you have diarrhea, even chronic one, I want you to feed your good gut flora, in other words, bacteria which are going to increase your resistance to diseases and also lower your diarrhea symptoms very quickly.
Here is what you need to do:
Every day, I want you to peel and mince three garlic cloves, then, I want you to simply swallow them with lots of water!
By doing this, you are not only going to lower your diarrhea, you will get rid of it, and most importantly, your gut flora is going to thank you by reproducing, and increasing the good bacteria which are going to increase your energy levels.
Let me tell you that garlic is a fantastic antibiotic vegetable, in other words, it’s going to get rid of most of your bad bacteria present in your intestines very efficiently.
