Is using acidophilus good for your skin? Well, the answer is going to surprise and even shock most of you!
I don’t believe that using us acidophilus is good for your skin, and in this post, I’m going to show you the reasons why.
First of all, if you use the techniques you will find in this post, you are not only going to get amazing skin, but you will also increase your immune response and also get rid of your digestive troubles very quickly and efficiently.
Indeed, most people will think that using acidophilus for their skin is a good thing however, this will only cause them terrible gas and bloating all day long, especially knowing that our gut flora is extremely important for increasing our energy levels and for also maintaining good health.
So, how can you use acidophilus for your skin?
Well, you can’t!
There have been many studies and experiments where people have been taking probiotics for an extended period of time, and unfortunately, most of these studies did not conclude to a link between taking probiotics and having healthy skin and body in general.
From my experience, the best way for you to increase your skin’s beauty and health is to consume fibers, and most importantly, to consume foods that are rich in essential fatty acids, like nuts and seeds, and this is the only way I’m going to recommend in order to increase your skin’s health and beauty.
So, here is what you need to do:
Every day, I want you to take at least a quarter of a handful of walnuts and a quarter of a handful of almonds, then, on each breakfast, I want you to enjoy two tablespoons of ground flaxseeds, with lots of water, trust me, this is one of the best and quickest ways to increase your skin’s health and to also have healthy and resistant gut flora, no need to use acidophilus, it’s not helpful.
I’m sorry to say this, but most people advising you to use this probiotic are simply trying to sell you something, and this is not the case in this website, I’m only interested in showing you what works and what doesn’t, I have already used acidophilus on many occasions, and it only caused me constipation, bloating, and lots of diarrhea sometimes.
Please, if you have a question or a comment, don’t hesitate to ask me in the section below, I will be extremely happy to help you.
